Our Mission: Closing the Gender Gap in Tech with All-Levels Education in a Supportive Tech Ed Environment
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 27% of computer roles are occupied by women–despite the fact that women represent 46.8% of the national labor force across all industries.
The Grace Hopper Program aims to help close this enduring gender gap in tech with comprehensive, live online coding bootcamp learning. Our Software Engineering Immersive, designed for all backgrounds and skill levels, emphasizes practical JavaScript programming, individualized support, and a culture of transparency.
Following the same curriculum as the top-rated Fullstack Academy Software Engineering Bootcamp, Grace Hopper Program students are differentiated (not defined) by a gender-allied learning experience. We believe this experience - along with the community that fosters it - plays a vital role in overcoming imposter syndrome, closing opportunity gaps, and increasing representation in tech to power a better future.
The Grace Hopper Difference
The Grace Hopper Software Engineering Immersive gives women and non-binary students the skills and support to land a life-changing job in tech–plus the confidence to turn it into a thriving career.
Grace Hopper Program Inclusion
We leverage shared lived values alongside individual talent and ambition to enable student success in all its forms.
Grace Hopper Program Experience
In recognition of the gender gap in tech, the Grace Hopper Program offers the same rigorous coding curriculum as Fullstack Academy with additional emphasis on combating systemic barriers.
Grace Hopper Program Outcomes
With experience-informed career coaching, our staff empowers women and non-binary coders to thrive in their chosen career paths. Employers then seek out our grads’ unique combination of technical and professional development skills.
